You can cancel your order anytime BEFORE we print your design. Please be aware that this can be within minutes after ordering. Please do not place an order with us BEFORE you are truly sure of what you are ordering.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS:
We will replace damaged or faulty products within 7 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will need a brief description and a photo of the item (please take a photo of package also).
Once we confirm the cause of error or damage is either in our production or shipping methods, we will promptly replace the damaged item.
Customer remorse or user error:
Refunds are issued due to costumer remorse or user error and will be granted within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for returning their complete quantity of new, unused product via the shipping courier of their choice with insurance and tracking. Once we receive the product, a refund will be applied to the costumer's account as a store credit in the amount of 50% of the original value minus shipping.
Costumers errors include, but are not limited to:
-Typographical errors
-Duplicate Orders
-Misunderstanding of our policies and turnaround times
-Slight color variances
-Disregard for cutting
-Undeliverable Packaged / 3rd delivery attemps
-Uneven borders
-Crops marks
-Hard to read texts or images
-Miniature images
-Pixelated Files
